📍 How Delivery Works

Delivered kerbside on a pallet OR via a one-man delivery service
(Service type depends on your location – cannot be selected) -
Pallets will not be collected – you will need to dispose of them

You’ll receive a call before dispatch to arrange your delivery date 📅

Delivery will take place anytime between 8 am – 8 pm ⏰

Signature required – items cannot be left unattended ✍️
⚠️ Failed Deliveries
If you miss a scheduled delivery or the item is already dispatched and you are not at home:

A £89 failed delivery charge will apply (as the courier charges us) 💳
Note: In rare cases, the courier may attempt delivery without prior notice. If you are not in, you will not be charged in these instances.

Report any problems within 48 hours before disposing of the packaging.

All returns (including damaged items) must be packaged for collection.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you will need to provide packaging of a similar standard at your own expense. 📦

Return Policy:

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. However, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return arrangements are your responsibility. In some cases, we can organize a collection for you – a £120 return fee will apply 🚚.

Items must be repackaged in their original packaging and remain unused.

Upon return, all items will be inspected. If additional costs apply (e.g. due to damage or improper packaging), we will notify you accordingly.
