Deliveries to these and certain other locations may take longer than our standard delivery timeframe.
How Delivery Works
Depending on your location and the size of your order, delivery will be made either:

Kerbside on a pallet; or
-
Using a one-person delivery service.
The delivery method is determined by your location and order requirements and cannot be selected during checkout.
Before dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Deliveries usually take place between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.
For pallet deliveries, the pallet will not be collected and will remain the customer’s responsibility to reuse or dispose of.
Failed Deliveries
Once a delivery date has been agreed, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order.
If the courier attends on the agreed date and nobody is available to accept the delivery, a failed-delivery or redelivery charge of £89 will apply to cover the additional courier costs.
In rare circumstances, a courier may attempt delivery without the date having been agreed with you in advance. Where this happens and you are unavailable, no failed-delivery charge will be applied.

After Delivery
Inspecting Your Order
We kindly ask customers to inspect their furniture as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where possible, please report any visible delivery damage, missing items or discrepancies within 48 hours. This helps us investigate the matter with the delivery company and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Reporting delivery damage after 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
When contacting us, please provide:

Photographs of the packaging where relevant
Please retain the original packaging until the item has been inspected or the issue has been resolved, where reasonably possible.
If the original packaging is no longer available, this will not automatically prevent us from assisting you.
Where an item needs to be returned or collected because it is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate return or collection method. Oasis Home & Garden will cover the reasonable return costs where required by law.
Please take reasonable care of the goods and protect them from further damage while the matter is being resolved.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Change-of-Mind Returns
This section applies to orders placed online or by telephone.
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within a further 14 days. Under our extended returns policy, returned goods must be received no later than 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions
You may inspect the furniture in the same way that you would reasonably inspect it in a showroom.
The furniture must not be assembled, used outdoors or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and function.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Items must be securely and appropriately packaged for their return journey. We recommend using the original packaging wherever possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, suitable protective packaging must be used to prevent damage during transit.
Original packaging is not required where you are exercising your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Returning Your Order
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the goods.
Due to the size of garden furniture, most items cannot be returned using standard postal services.
Oasis Home & Garden may be able to arrange collection on your behalf for a charge of £120. This service is subject to availability, location and suitable access to the goods.
The collection charge does not apply where goods are being returned because they are faulty, damaged or not as described and Oasis Home & Garden is legally responsible for the return costs.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received, they will be inspected.
Where a valid change-of-mind cancellation has been made, we will refund:

The price paid for the returned goods; and
-
The cost of our standard delivery service, where required by law.
Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or premium delivery service will not normally be refunded beyond the cost of our standard delivery service.
We may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled, assembled, used or damaged beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
