We offer FREE delivery to Mainland England and Wales.

Please note that deliveries to certain locations may take longer than our standard delivery times.

How Delivery Works

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered either:

• Kerbside on a pallet, or
• Via a one-person delivery service

Delivery methods are determined by location and cannot be selected at checkout.

Prior to dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery times are typically between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, and a signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.

Please note that pallets are not collected and remain the responsibility of the customer for disposal.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery has been scheduled and you are unavailable to receive the goods, a failed delivery charge of £89 WILL apply to cover courier costs.

In rare circumstances, a courier may attempt delivery without prior notice. If this occurs and you are unavailable, no failed delivery charge will be applied.

After Delivery

Product Inspection

We kindly ask that all customers inspect their furniture within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently should they arise.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours and before disposing of any packaging.

To facilitate returns or replacements:

• All items must be suitably packaged for collection.
• Original packaging should be retained wherever possible.
• If original packaging is unavailable, customers must provide packaging of a similar standard at their own expense.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Return

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for arranging the return of goods.

If preferred, Oasis Home & Garden may be able to organise collection on your behalf, subject to a £120 collection fee.

Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected. Should any additional costs arise due to damage, misuse, or inadequate packaging, we will notify you before processing your refund.
