💸 How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE to mainland England & Wales.

Northern Ireland: £100 surcharge (may take longer than 10 days)

Failed delivery due to no one being home: £59 charge.
Return for non-fault reasons: £80 return fee.
📦 How does delivery work?
Delivery is curbside by pallet. The items won’t be brought onto your property, and you’ll be responsible for disposing of the pallet and packaging. You’ll get an all-day appointment (8 am8 pm), with a 30-minute pre-arrival call.

Please check the product description at the time of ordering — that’s your delivery timeframe.
🕒 Can I book a delivery time slot?
Unfortunately, no time slots are available — it’s an all-day delivery window.
🌦️ Is my set weatherproof?
Yes! The frame is UV-protected and can be left outside year-round. However, the cushions are only showerproof, so they should be stored indoors when wet or not in use.
🛡️ Do you sell covers for the sets?
No — the frames are fully weatherproof, and covers aren’t required. Cushions should be stored separately.
🌞 Will my set fade in the sun?
No — all sets are UV-protected and won’t fade in the sun.
💧 Are the cushions waterproof?
No — they are showerproof only, not fully waterproof.
🧾 What is the warranty on the set?
You’ll receive a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on the frame only (not the cushions). Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
❌ What if I want to cancel my order before delivery?
Email info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your invoice number, name, and delivery address. If the item has already been dispatched, return fees will apply.
🔁 What if I want to change the model I ordered?
As long as it hasn’t been dispatched, email info@oasishomeandgarden.co.uk with your details and we’ll help you amend the order.
🔙 Can I return my set after delivery?
Yes, as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging. Email us to arrange a return.
You’ll be refunded minus delivery & return fees within 14 days of receiving the set back.
💥 What if my set is damaged on delivery?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with:

Photos of the damage and a full section
Keep the original packaging — we’ll arrange a replacement.
Glass is not covered after 48 hours.
🛋️ What if cushions are missing?
Often, they’re hidden under furniture support bars. Please send us photos of the undersides of each item. This helps us verify and send replacements quickly.
🧾 What is my invoice for?
It’s your receipt and proof of purchase. You’ll need it for any warranty claims — we only track orders via invoice number.
🪑 Can I buy just a chair/table/sofa separately?
No — all sets are sold exactly as shown and not as individual items.
🧼 Can I buy replacement cushions or glass?
No, we do not sell replacement parts (cushions or glass) separately.
